Teresa Gonzalez

Mrs. Gonzalez was born and raised in Dallas. She attended St. Mary of Carmel Catholic School and Bishop Dunne High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Finance and earned her MBA from the University of Dallas. She is certified in Texas in General Education, Bilingual Education, Early Childhood and Master Reading Teacher. She is trained in Talented and Gifted (TAG), Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and the Reading Academy (TEA).

She has twenty-six years as an educator and is very passionate about engaging students and parents in the learning process. She is excited to guide all her authors, illustrators, and scientists to think critically, problem solve and find their passion. She is looking forward to preparing them for the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion. She will be focusing in developing her scholars into compassionate, caring, competent and confident individuals who will be contributors to society.

Mrs. Gonzalez is married and has two children. She has two cats and a dog. She enjoys reading, going to movies, and watching sports with her family. They are fans of the Dallas Mavericks and Cowboys!
