How We Communicate
Throughout the school year, families receive important information through the following communication channels:
- Friday School Bulletin: Delivered to your inbox every Friday afternoon, our weekly School Bulletin includes important announcements, upcoming events, school news, volunteer opportunities, student highlights, helpful reminders, and resources for the week ahead.
- Parent Alerts: Parent Alerts are used to communicate important, time-sensitive information with families. These messages may include weather-related announcements, schedule changes, event reminders, deadline reminders, emergency notifications, and other important school updates.
- School Website: Your go-to resource for school information, the school calendar, important resources, and major school updates.
- Social Media: Follow us for campus highlights, student celebrations, event reminders, and a behind-the-scenes look at life at St. Cecilia Catholic School. (Add links to instragram and facebook)
- Direct Email: When needed, families may receive additional emails with time-sensitive information, grade-level updates, or important announcements requiring immediate attention.
For official school information, families should always refer to the Friday School Bulletin, Parent Alerts, and the School Website.
