Mrs. Anita Villalpando
Mrs. Villalpando is originally from Baytown, Texas, not far from Houston. Upon graduating from high school, she attended the University of Dallas and received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Music. She is currently finishing her Texas Teaching Certification.
Mrs. Villalpando has worked in education for four years, working with students of all different ages and serving in various positions. Most recently, she taught Music at two schools in the Diocese. This will be her first year teaching 4th/5th grade social studies, science, and religion.
She is most excited about sharing the Gospel with her students at St. Cecilia, and growing together in faith.
In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with family. She and her husband have two cats, Buddy and Izzy. She also spends time with her friends, plays video games, visits Six Flags, cooks, and plays piano and guitar.
